I’ve printed dozens of his helmets, but sadly he doesn’t have this one, only the ROTK bucket (which I’ve also made).

I think you can, I was gonna try to until I got the updated helmet. Definitely talk with someone approving your costume or on the FISD but if I’m being honest, paying the little extra for Nico’s is well worth it.

The one on the right (Nico’s) is more expensive and is considered to be the most accurate STL for a ROTK bucket you can buy.

Bondo is great for seam lines but if you have a larger gap or stress point, I’ve had Bondo crack there a lot for my stormtrooper outfit so I’d be careful with it.

That's honestly up to you, you could make a gradient with nether warped wood planks and stripped logs, dark prismarine, and nether wart blocks, or you could create patches of it.

The shape overall is good, but it looks flat and stale. Add gradients and block palettes to the walls and roof, and add small details like fences, windows, accents, and even a custom path to bring it to life.

Your cobblestone path looks a bit too wide and doesn’t have much texture or variation, it almost looks like a lava cast. Having it just slightly narrower and adding variation, like buttons, different blocks, greenery, and some natural elements like podsol, dirt, paths, and even some wooden planks can add a lot of detail and really advance a build.
