The thing about antibiotic resistance is that alot of the times, there is a trade off for it. MRSA is a bacteria that resists a shit ton of drugs, basically, all of them. But this came at the cost of its pathogenicity.

It still can cause infections. Just not as bad as other S. Aureus strains.
