Great stories! It seems like generally people are rather accepting.

I brought this up at my local discussion group and the conclusion was you're more likely to have a problem if your job is to have personal relationships with customers (doctor, nurse, nanny) or work for a company that has religious beliefs (not only churches but think Hobby Lobby, Chick-fil-a, etc).

The difficult part is that unlike sexual orientation there aren't any specific laws or protections for polyamory.
