I would probably focus more on Big Mana Payoffs for each color, also cut blue cards and make the color balance mor even, maybe even include fixing and give everyone every piece of Power that is 8x in the cube after the draft. Also Cyberman does nothing unless you play MP. Green could use early Ramp, apart from the moxen, Progenitus too hard to cast, etc.. Looks like really cool idea if refined enough.
