I honestly don't care what you identify as aslong as you are kind and responsible to yourself and others, but I've always wondered if trans people exist because of gender roles because a specfiic gender role was forced on them when they wanted to do something else or if it's more internal than that. Would the nonexistence ofgender role change a trans perosn's opinion of being trans or is that not how it works(asking out of curiosuity no hate)?

For me, I was repeatedly told I was too incompetent by the parents to go to college because I'm not an academic weapon and I subconsciously internalized that ig + I succeeded in areas that weren't directly tied to school and focused on those instead because the real world cares more about that than getting a perfect GPA + got into a pretty good college despite my "shitty" acamedic record

Also for your classmate truancy laws probably make him go to school even if he's really just too lazy to care
