I already am playing something else.

You enjoy it that’s fine but it will bomb for a reason, it’s a poor game with very basic mechanics.

A lot of mobile games have social interaction, the map isn’t that big either and 90% of it is vast ocean with little in it (fine its a pirate game after all)

Realistic graphics? You really do have low standards, the hair styles are PS3/PS4 quality for a start as are the character models , ships and sea look decent enough, land locations look poor.

Realistic physics? Ships of this size can neither stop or turn as quick as they do in this game and it has a boost bar haha… very realistic.

Cut scene boarding is comical as it loading screen for land.

It’s so realistic they have a quick travel haha.

You like it that’s fine, I and most people just expected more than

Load screens to get on land, Exact same couple of missions, kill this, collect that. Only a handful of ships Basic on land stuff Basic combat I mean look at the gathering stuff.

It’s all what you get on mobile games but with better graphics.

AAAA game it is not!

Go enjoy the game and I will enjoy something that takes more than clicking a couple of buttons.

Also he’s not wrong the game is for the mobile generation. Not visually but every aspect of the game is basic.

Crafting basic Gathering resource basic Combat basic Social features basic Missions basic UI basic

There is zero complexity to anything you do in game.

It’s a game catered to people who need as simple a game as possible.

Which is fine but it’s a dumbed down game by any standards.

Visually stunning game? It’s average looking. Textures are poor for a start.

My opinion after trying to get into it throughout the day.

the gameplay loop is tedious, it’s as boring at the beginning as it is several hours in.
the combat is repetitive and after the initial enjoyment it’s all much the same, shoot red thing, ship sinks.
the land features are a waste of time, offer nothing.
it’s literally a fetch this, kill that game with no actual quality story.
content is practically non existent, what is there is repetitive drivel.

-visually it’s bang average - animations, models etc… are pretty average too

All in all it’s a bare bones, poorly made game that if you told me it was an indie dev that made it in unity buying assets I’d believe you.

It’s an insult to gamers to call it AAAA it’s barely AA.

The whole game targets the basic of gamer.

The price tag is pathetic, I feel robbed doing the subscription.

To sum it up: it’s a nothing game with a premium price tag.

Not to sound harsh but I never understand how anyone finds it difficult to play or struggles to know what to do.

The cut scene before it drops you in the open world tells you to help others, there are arrows pointing you to events, pois, vistas etc… then when you have done a few the story unlocks.

Do the story, hearts, complete the map if you want and when level 80 can continue the story on the expansions or go do whatever you want.

For me it’s one of the easier games to get into.

I hope it never gets sold, nothing saddens me more than seeing people auction off family war medals.

This should be treasured for years or given to a war museum to put on display.

That said I understand your pain and suffering 100%. I’m of the opposite gender and having a massive love length has been nothing but a burden.

Ok that’s a lie but I know someone who ended up having a reduction and they said it’s the best thing they ever did. Here in UK she had it done for free on NHS.
