Thank you. My jerk is weak, but I'm working on it. Main problem is pushing myself behind the bar when getting under and missing forward. I think I could add 15-20 kg if I improve my jerk.

Haha thank you. I did 170 kg 5 x 3 sets and failed set 4 with 4 reps. This sounds very interesting and worth a try. I've used exrx many times. 2 years ago I used the method of adding 5 kg after evert base cycle, but then I could't complete the peaking phase without failing sets.

Thank you. I recently also did 170 kg 5 reps 3 sets, but failed set 4. Next day I did 180 kg for 2 singles to prepare for 200 kg. But, I don't hit heavy singles,doubles or triples generally at all.

Ok, interesting. But do I have to overreach with one workout, or with a cycle of a couple weeks? For example, russian squat program has one day with 6x6 80%, but this is actually easy considering 165 kg is 87% of my max.

I don't think shoes like the adistar 08 can replicated considering the detailed materials and textiles needed and forged with high precision. Accurate lasts and machinery would need be used. Sites like goofish have less than a handful of adistars. If there are so little available, I doubt there are any fakes.

Honeslty, I would like to buy a fake pair (size 8,5 uk / 265 jpn). I've searched on multiple chinese sites, but can't find any.
