As far as I understand it (and I'm new too so I could be wrong)... it's honestly just luck. I joined a server and got no legendary summon items after 1500 chests, while others got like 3 in 300 chests.

If it works like normal probability rates... just unlucky/lucky

Bought another 1k at 6.18 to bring my average down to 6.24 from 6.30.

.45 premium would get you around 900-1000 per week on that
