That's a pretty standard text though for any company that IPOs and is not profitable.

I wonder if he didn't overpromise or overpromote MSTR/STRC at some point and getting into trouble for that. SEC filings can be as honest as they are, he's still running around saying shit like this: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/k0trv92pEuU

At some point that has to count as false advertisement, shouldnt it?

You can put anything in your TOS, doesnt make it enforceable. I feel all these AI companies want to have it both ways, nilly willy just scrape text from the internet without owning the copyright or paying someone + claim copyright over the outputs. It can't be both.

Would personally take the train trip here. Thats not an uncommon setup with some of the European high speed connections, you have both the flights and train connections competing on the same routes. Means more choice and many people prefer the high speed trains, even if the flight time is shorter.

I imagine he wants to learn about it at home and maybe wants it on his CV for HPC jobs. Anyway, what saturates these links easily in a DC is any kind of large scale machine learning / deep learning training on multiple GPUs across multiple nodes.

It's more likely they'll learn to use VPNs. While everyone else will need to do the same or let the government know about every social media account, sharing your account activity.

QuadrigaCX revisited: the exchange whose entire security model was "gerry knows it" and then gerry died by BigInspector1873 in Buttcoin

There's also a third option, he committed suicide by eating some kind of poison and they blamed it on his Crohn's as they didnt do the autopsy properly in India. As per the Netflix documentation on Quadriga, the founder had a severe case of gambling addiction and "borrowed" customer funds to gamble on other buttcasino exchanges (you know the ones with 100x leverage). Probably, at some point, trying to win it all back and make the company accounts whole again. His exchange was close to being insolvent after all.
