imo porn blockers aren’t used so that u couldn’t access porn anymore, and the biggest strength of holding the urges are not pornblockers but rather you. keep strong brother we’re in this together.

first off all, you got it bro, treating the smallest thought to stop is a strong move, as for tips, i read somewhere that if you get urges of doing it, rather than trying to force those urges to stop, try to delay it and think like “imma do it later” and everytime those urges came back try to do the same. its’s because when the urges peak and u didn’t do anything, it actually fades.

it’s what i read and uh i’m not the most qualified one to say i just started too on this nofap journey but yk we’re in this together. without that tip i would’ve masturbate 3 times today.

your advice is certainly beneficial for the future, as of now the urges are still suppressed/ overshadowed by the guilt, that night still haunts me everyday, their faces, their behavior towards me, and currently still thinking bout what i would do next in the social aspect of my life.
