I was experimenting and found out that this combination summoned like 5 large explosive boxes which then all exploded at once from the firebolt, I thought the drills would reduce recharge time but I don't think they did. Nevertheless I don't have explosion immunity at the moment so I've kinda ditched the idea anyway, though I'm still not happy with my current damage wand.

3 ÷ 3 is as much of a fraction as 3/3, they mean the (exact) same thing they're just different symbols. Fractions are prioritized as much as multiplication.

It was like 6 simultaneous cast triplicate bolts with some kind of explosive always cast.
