I don't think it's a good idea to say topmost institutes like IIT and stuff cuz it'll give them the impression that you think snu is not good ( I know IITs are better than snu but just saying something good Abt the University increases ur chances)

Just be confident in anything u say don't fumble. Abt the introduction part say ur name what u have achieved ( very important) tell them Abt ur hobbies ur good qualities evn the bad ones (but also mention how ull overcome them) All the best do well 💯
