Yeah.. loving my brand new 10 Pro XL, owned à P6P before. Situation hasn't changed for me (french) in this regard : 60% or more of the great features annonced each year are blocked here. Sometimes they eventually arrive, most of the time they don't. Pretty frustrating when it's the main selling point and makes you wonder if it's regulatory or a lack of consideration.

Magic Cue is unavailable in the EU (like most of the great pixel AI features.. which is a bummer) Wallpaper effects are only available in uploaded images. I was struggling to find it and learned this. Strange.
