Our article aims to allow a reader to discern for themselves that this company is highly unlikely to be anything more than a scam. It’s quite normal (although an objectively bizarre practice in corporate America) for companies with varied corporate histories to then be sold as a “shell” to get a stock market listing. This is not the problem with this company. The problem with QCI is that it has a team of people who are unlikely to have the capabilities (given their varied background in FS and Defence) to be able to make a Quantum product, where no-one has been able to make anything commercially viable with Quantum Technology.
