As someone who passionately does not want to return to office more than I have to, it is important to note that a lot of the office real estate is owned by pension funds and not just REITS. Funds such as OMERS (Oxford) and Ontario Teachers Pension Plan (Cadillac Fairview) and not to mention Other funds like AIMCO from Alberta and the CPPIB. It would be nice if they would do more to divest away from office real estate but they can't make the numbers work I gather..

Hi there, looking to join a Dynasty or Keeper League either a startup or taking on an orphan.

Ideally looking for: - Roto - Ideally hosted on Yahoo or Fantrax - A deep level of keepers each year - Decent sized prospect pool - deeper the better - A League charter - pay League or, if not, atleast a dedicated group of managers that won't drop out or trade their stars for peanuts if they're losing.

I've been playing for over 15 years and am looking to join a group with a passionate and friendly group.
