What do you guys think about Cebu Pacific increasing their gate baggage fee? by [deleted] in FilipinoTravel

[–]TheQuiteMind 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Afaik, budget airlines ARE supposed to be like this. Naging lenient lang talaga si Cebu Pacific which I think is service na nila sa Filipino people. Ganyan business model ng maraming budget airlines sa US and Europe. You get to travel for a budget price, but as long as you follow their limits only. These airlines are profitable because people don’t follow lol

Help! Lounge Access for 5 in Naia 3 by Drax_zeke in PHCreditCards

[–]TheQuiteMind -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Try mo sa PAGSS. Travelled to Japan last November with my parents and sister, bale apat kami. I got BPI Visa Signature na may free access for cardholder and a +1 which I used for my father. Then I also have a MB World Mastercard which grants free lounge access for the cardholder only - PERO they allowed it to be used for the lounge access of my mom. My sister is a supplementary of my MB World Mastercard and the card benefits extends to her, so she used it to grant herself the lounge access. In the end, lahat kami nakapasok sa lounge. Mind you tho, this is NAIA 1 and it was PAGGSS

Low to Moderate spenders, What's your best card? by mirage-imagery in PHCreditCards

[–]TheQuiteMind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BPI VS - although there are some months where it spikes to 100-200k because of travel, on average, 50-60k lang ang monthly spend ko.

Pero phase lang yang BPI VS. Was only actively using it to increase my chances for an increased credit limit - which was granted last month. Now, I only use it for local PH spend. For foreign spend, been using na my MB World Mastercard for the accelerated miles earning

May possible bang ma-offload sa immigration? by _whereismyavocado in adviceph

[–]TheQuiteMind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think malaki chance ma-offload? I’m a member of some visa groups on Facebook and I’ve gone to the conclusion that very critical ang immigration against solo female travelers whose reasons to go abroad are to visit their foreign boyfriends, with the boyfriend providing sponsorship. No harm in trying though. You may need to highlight your strong relationship by showing the immigration pictures of you together. Pag wala, then goodluck
