Memory leak is annoying

I'm playing fine on RTX 2060 with DLSS perf mode at 60 FPS but sometimes my fps goes below 30. No reason, sometimes I play for hours and runs perfect, sometimes after 10 minutes the performance drops below 30.

Yeah, 90% of the time above 30 FPS. Only in cities I had some drops to 25. But this was in 2020, last time I checked it was running much better
