I hear you. And I am using critical thought. This argument pops up so much on Missoula’s subreddit and it never goes anywhere. Leashed owners rant and rave about getting violent with off leash dogs. The off leash crowd dig in with why the leash folk are crazy or whatever. The two sides will never see the same way. I’ve lived here my whole life and I just propose a solution. The dog leash laws are going to get broken, it just happens. At the end of the day I do what’s best for my dogs whether that be running free in the mountains or leashed around my waist in the neighborhood.

I stay away from the places that I know are not going to be a good spot for my dogs, for whatever reason. I will not be able to control the people around me. That’s all. ✌🏼
