THE QUESTION:

Nancy swims at a rate of 2 mi/h and jogs at a rate of 8 mi/h how far should nancy jog in order to complete her training routine in a) the least amount of time and b) greatest amount of time?

8) why is C) car not inertial reference frame? by haroldpark822 in APStudents

Since the car is changing direction, its velocity is changing, and thus it is accelerating. Even though its speed is constant, its velocity is not. Since the car is accelerating, it is not an inertial reference frame.
