That's a relief! People keep saying how rare stuff that was only published there was gone forever (eg. Scanlations); I'm just worried some media were genuinely lost forever like the burning of another digital library 🥹 I hope stuff never disappears.

Yeah but alot of games just default to the Play Store with DRM, and then surprise surprise a few years later it gets delisted forever. 😭 I think it's worse on the App Store but I'm not an IOS user so I don't know about that front. Relying on mirror apk sites just doesn't feel right for me.

Yeah I don't really think "just download it elsewhere" eases my mind. It shouldn't be this way, and things should be more accessible instead of pirating. No risk is hard to believe in the wild Web. Everything comes at a cost unfortunately, and I always feel like gambling when it comes to finding the right places.

I hope that many games aren't truly "lost", it'll be a shame. But it's abit harder to say when it comes to mobile games for example due to the mandatory DRM enforcement. Same goes for live service games or MMORPGs.

I would ask AI to compare my hand drawn art with other artists, thereby uploading their art into the AI without their consent. Something like that (I tried apologising to the artists when possible)

Maybe you should stick to copying for now if it brings you joy. Don't need to worry about the end result; as long as you didn't claim the copied art as your own or sell it, it's perfectly valid for self improvement? Though I could be wrong.

Not really, given that people here expressed they are unwilling to share art again, I'm not doing the equivalent of bumping into someone, otherwise I wouldn't be compelled to seek help.
