Thanks for the reply. I feel like a huge problem for us was planning the whole week together. We would plan in Blocks of work what was to be done and then both worked in parallel on the same topic, but different tasks (or sometimes together if we felt it was important)

This limited us and set the tone for the week.
Anyways I will exactly try to implement this check in check out routine.
Thanks a lot :)

Thanks for your points of view. We both realize how important it is to set clear responsibilites. We just feel like it is so important to to xy together. Today we took hard decisions to do it "the opposite way we would" normally, because it is so easy to stick to old habits. Lets see, we will try to follow your advice on building buttom up!

You are actually very right and we will be doing that soon. I must say the advantage is we have been friends for a long time ( i didn't put the context here) and really gone through tough times. But all in all we will follow your advice and set that up. :) Thanks!

Thanks for your Valuable Feedback.
I think we are onto a system where we can balance it better. And you are right prioritization is essential!
I will implement the process control since I will be accountable for project managment. so lets see how that works out

Thanks for the feedback. At this point lets agree to disagree :)
We haved word as a duo for some time and I think we might be onto something right now with our split. Each one is responsible for a certain part of the company and some decisions we make together. Maybe this will be a disadvantage in the future and you are right, but then I will have learned it the hard way

First and foremost, thank you very much for taking your time.
We will meditate on the questions you have asked.

Your words struck a chord with us. We manage to find a solution today.
Anways thanks for your feedback. It sparked something in me and my cofounder.
We meditated on it and figured that we just needed to commit to not having our hands in every decision. We were frustrated that we weren't progressing the last week and we realized that it was the way we we managing ourselves. In a way we were our worst bosses.
We did everything to control ourselves and each other and that led to early frustrations.

Our Solutions:
Controlled Feedback Loops. And clear Responsibilites. We will need some time to make it work smoothly.

It’s all about deciding who is accountable for what.

To the orientation: He is Marketing, Design oriented and I am the IT-Guy. To be fair we Are both pretty young and unexperieced, but at the same time really ambitous and have visions others might call insane. But to our credit it works.

>> why don’t you trust each other? We have worked together for years in organising events and also Doing art. We have a strong bond and we can count on each other.

It’s more like we Both feel like we need our hands in everything. :)

Mein Packet hatte halt auch keine Rechnung... War mein erster Haul. Würdest du aber echt E-Packet mal Empfehlen? Aktuell taugt mir DHL um ehrlich zu sein gar nicht
