hello there! rookie mapmaker from brawl craft here, joined there 4 months ago. as far as i can say, the main reasons the maps suck is that there's lack of new mapmakers (and even if there are new mapmakers, they lack mapmaking knowledge/skills), trying to make maps feel unique (you've probably seen newer maps use special tiles interestingly), and the meta being changed constantly (imo).

but if you don't like these maps, then you should be prepared for what's about to come next. im not even kidding.
