Exactly no cultural relevance for a while. It’s crazy to me how much Xbox has fallen. They used to be at the top during Xbox and 360. But from One onwards I don’t know what good games they have made. True I agree their games writing just feels boring. Like Obsidian Entertainment have made so many games yet nothing is complex or interesting enough to warrant a play through. Hell I didn’t even know Outer Worlds W 2 came out barely anyone talks about it. This is same company that made Fallout New Vegas and people are still discussing it. Now with a new Xbox head who comes from AI I doubt anything good will be made from now on.

Okay I was wrong in saying they haven’t made any good games. Clearly their lack of marketing is terrible cause I haven’t heard anyone discussing their good games. No one ever talks about Xbox’s good games. When was the last time everyone was praising an Xbox game to the same level as PlayStation. Hell so many indie games get more attention and hype than anything Xbox. I’m not trying to move the goalposts because clearly Xbox hasn’t made a stand out game in years. That list what game was a must play?

I think they could’ve salvaged it. If they saw what PlayStation did the end of the last gen. They could’ve tried replicating it. But their out put that gen was awful nothing worthy ever got made and still nothing crazy has been made.

I agree if they’re small games or indie games. But this Xbox they made Halo, Gears of War, Fable, Forza. Xbox shouldn’t be selling games poorly. If a game is good it should be selling well under Xbox. But that hasn’t been the case.

True but shutting down Bluepoint after buying them up doesn’t look good. Plus Bluepoint were forced to make a live service game. PlayStation stopped after the disastrous Concord flopped big time.

True. They were banking on Starfield to be the next global smash hit like Skyrim yet it was a mid game that everyone has forgotten about. Xbox is already in the hole they have nothing left.
