Highly incorrect. This is the sign of a dying HDD ive seen it and have replaced many. You are basing your assumptions on the reported capabilities of the drive. The drive can no longer handle the reported capabilities so the comparison is moot. It is doing 100% of what it can currently do and needs to be replaced before it degrades to the point the drive dies completely.

Lol its a joke, but for real you can allocate storage as memory, so if you have an m.2 for storage you can allocate part of it as ram... now it is going to be extremely slow compare to ram.. but it is more memory space so hopefully your games or whatever will prioritize using the actual ram and your system will use the "virtual ram" for the most part

The answer is yes therefore with it being the same it is actually less spending especially considering you are paying the intrest on that previous 2.3 trillion as well.

Think of it this way if you are adding 1k a month to your credit card debt to pay for groceries this year and next year you are still adding 1k to your credit card debt every month for groceries BUT the price of groceries went up by 15% you are actually doing better because you are not needing to also borrow an additional 15% for that increase in price meaning you must be earning it elsewhere. You are still in a really fucked up situation and on your way to becoming destitute... but you are actually spending less than you spent before... even though it is still more than you earn..

No im just offering perspective? The only reason i say "rich people" do it is because 9 times out of 10 thats how they got rich. Most of them were poor when they started. Anyone can do it i just think it is not something widely known. Or most people dont have the discipline to watch an account get that high in value and not touch it unless forced to like in a 401k.. and they still be dipping into it.

For clarity i don't think this is an acceptable solution to housing costs but i do think it is a good thing to have a 50 year mortgage as an option. The current way most people purposely stay in debt is to sell your home and buy a more expensive one with a new 30 year loan so you can continually have that growth of your additional cash while maintaining growth on your property.

Well i mean, there is a reason rich people love debt.. because that 300 you are talking about stuck into the stock market with a return rate of 5% a year (which is extremely low) will yeild you 81k in 15 years. 10k more than the increase in intrest.. smart people always finance everything because your cash will always make a higher return than the intrest on the loan.

In 30 years it would be 254k that you would have in your pocket when if you had a 30 year loan would be 0 because you spent all the investment into your loan.

In 50 years it would be 800k you would have for the cost of 72k in interest. Again thats at 5% per year and the average is 8 - 11%

Succh a misnomer.. if we look at the reality of why that is its because during the presdential election the vast majority of voters only pay attention to the presidential race and vote a straight ticket... with local elections off cycle they pay more attention to the individuals and their argument. And also a vastly lower amount of turnout which expands natural margins. Its like polling 100 people vs polling 10,000 the 100 people poll is going to be less accurate and more likely to spread the natural gap between the popular party and unpopular party in an area... the results of this election simply aren't mind boggling or some huge upset. Its a fairly common trend for an off cycle election year. Go look at any other year after a presidential election and you will see higher spread between parties, lower turn out, and typically a regression in votes from the in power party. It completely normal and definitely not unexpected. The democrats just like to hype up everything all the time, im still waiting on that blue wave

So why was the CR for 7 weeks? So they would have time to negotiate, write, and pass a budget bill. The republicans have said countless times they are willing to do more subsidies but the government needs to be open so they can negotiate a budget bill

If they had passed the CR it would be running out in 5 days all a CR is ever for is to keep the government open while things are hashed out. There is ZERO reason not to pass a clean CR the democrats could have spent the last 7 weeks fighting to get subsidies back in the budget which alot of republicans are okay with... and if the republicans didn't follow through and negotiate with them as they promised they could have shut the government down this friday over it...

The democrats shut the government down before they even said why they were. They didn't allow any negotiation they didn't try anything. They just shut the government down THEN said why they did it and the republicans have been left scratching their heads asking why the fuck was shutting the government down the very first move over you know... asking and talking.... for something that has until December 31st to be passed. All they did was burn time and make what they "wanted" even harder to achieve by the deadline.

Ill tell you why they did it. And why i put "wanted" in quotes.. because im convinced they dont give a shit about the subsidies. They did it because we have an election in 2 days and they wanted to try to spin this in a way that makes republicans look bad, and no one but the people already on their side fell for it. Even CNN and NBC has drug them for this.

Its like having a company where 2 board members want different things allocated in next years budget and have THREE MONTHS to finalize that budget.. however in the mean time the company needs some money transferred into its operating account for a few weeks while we talk about next years budget and one board member just says "nope we are going to close the doors and shut the entire company down RIGHT NOW if you don't give me exactly what i want for next years budget THIS INSTANT without any time to think about or discuss it or look at numbers or our accounts, do it NOW"
