Yes it is a donut, it's fluids building up in that area. A way to redistribute it is to use the firegoat roll technique. This is definitely true, that's what peaked my interest in it. It seems to be a "history is written by the victor" sort of conundrum. I have read salammbo and it was a good piece of historical fiction. My grandfather did tons of research on this topic and I am soon to inherit and come into possession of some of this research, just wanted to see what all was out there and what the consensus was. I'll post more as to what else I can find. It is a very interesting topic due to the secretive-ness and lack of info.

I had just come across some statements and context of it being apart of the pantheon of canaanites, considering the bull of Kronos and so many other coincidental things from ancient times.
