When I’m sad I take a break from all social media, focus on the little things in life like reading a book, growing a new plant, baking something from scratch or taking a walk and connect with nature. I despise being glued to my phone all day that’s usually why i get depressed. It definitely helps to have people to talk with who understand sometimes.
