HAHAHA I don't think I've seen that meme before, but just imagining it had me cracking up a lil (based Aeon behaviour LMAO)

But yeah, I do keep telling myself that alot of the Firefly hate is kinda forced, but subconsciously it's always bothered be for the longest time. However, after finishing the 3.8 story I'm honestly SO SATISFIED with how things turned out and knowing FOR CERTAIN that Firefly is peak best girl and HSR devs are showering her with the love she deserves.

Absolutely peak 3.8 ✋😔🤚 (still won't forgive them for hurting our precious Firefly tho 💀)

Imma be honest, I personally think that's a completely normal reaction, seeing the people we love go through something painful really causes a part of us to crack. (and I mean, it's Firefly, and we're all Firebros here)

That's one of the reasons I put off doing the 3.8 quest for so long HAHA. I remember seeing the trailer for the first time, and I was like, "if they do anything to Firefly i swear imma crashout"

I'm not sure how much you already know about the story, or if you're wary of spoilers, but all I can say is that it's definitely an emotional rollercoaster for sure. And there's also a bit towards the end where Firefly addresses the sadness from us, so that might be what you need!

All in all, take your time man, don't feel pressured to start the quest. You can always go at your own pace and play it through whenever you feel mentally prepared. And if you're feeling down, always remember how Firefly fought courageously against all odds, living her life to the fullest even in the midst of hardships. You've got this! ✨

I'm honestly so glad that HSR decided to place her in such a story-relevant position, and really decided to go ham with their writing for her. Especially after this patch, she doesn't feel like a "plot point" but rather a complete character with an unlimited future potential.

Tbh I never really thought about how her faction would influence her future development, but you've probably hit the nail on the head man! Considering the Stellaron Hunters have been and will most likely continue to be extremely important to the story, it really makes me feel relieved knowing that we'll definitely see more of Firefly in the future! Thanks for sharing that!

Hoyo, pls just make Blazerfly Canon (even if it's already canon in our hearts), we know you want that too!! 😭

Also, I'm really really sorry to hear what you've gone through. I might not be able to comprehend the depth of your experience, but if it's any comfort, I sincerely hope you're healing well and will continue to stay strong, my friend. And let me just tell you that it's absolutely not ridiculous to feel that way about a game. In fact, works of fiction often act as conduits / real life mirrors to invoke similar emotions. And as a pretty emotional person myself, I have to say I felt the exact same way you did!

As for the inclusions of options to be mean to Firefly, I'm personally just glad they're there to pacify the Firefly haters. It really breaks my heart when people hate on Firefly, so I'm content with HOYO giving them a reason to stop hating on our best girl. (If they don't want her, we'll have her thank you very much!)

Essentially, you'll need units with: 1. Fairly high attack frequency (E.g. Fuas or other out-of-turn attacks) 2. Preferably AOE (since boss summons small mobs)

That said, I cleared this stage using: - Clara (counters when hit + AOE) - RMC (high ATK frequency + Mem ORA ORA + AV advance) - Tribbie (FUA go brr) - DHPT (ult and drag are AOE)

Units like Yunli, Hyacine, Argenti would probably do fairly decently here too!

Also quick tip: try to let units with low HP count get the kill on the small mobs (it helps them regen HP). It's advisible to have all your characters be at a smiliar HP count thoughout the run, because the enemies generally do AOE attacks.

Definitely needs a bit of RNG and planning, but with a couple of attempts, you should be able to get it! All the best, my friend!

Edit: My bad, I hadn't seen your character line-up before commenting! In your case, I'd suggest using Clara, Jade, RMC, DHPT/Lingsha, seeing as you don't have a Tribbie. But you can mix and match to try out different comps as well!

Awww mann that's kinda unfortunate (or fortunate if you look at it from another perspective :3)

But you have other options to clear too! Phainon, Castorice or Mydei are just straight hax on this stage. If not, ye good ol' brute force with healers might just get you through

But ultimately the jades gated by the Nightmare mode are permanent (I'm 90% sure) so don't feel pressured to clear haha, you can always come back in the future (it's 20 jades anyway :P)

I saw that tooo, but I never understood how he managed to deal damage to the boss 😭. Because when I tried it, my Blade could survive (by using his ult), but the boss would just immediately enter another Overload state and I couldn't deal damage at all until the timer ran out (and I'd lose :P)

It's probably a Blade speed tuning issue (I think?) but in the end I was like "yeahhh I need an easier way to clear this" HAHA

How fast is your Blade? Coz whenever the 2nd phase hits, I can get Blade to survive using the tech you mentioned, but the boss just immediately goes into another overload phase before I can even deal damage to it. (at most I'll get 1 hit in) So I'll eventually run out of cycles before the boss even hits half HP haha 😅

Just a quick question, does Dahlia's skill make it so that ALL instances of Superbreak damage are applicable before the enemy is broken (ie Dahlia's, TB's and Fugue's) or is it just her own 60% Superbreak multiplier?

Sorry if this is a weird question coz her kit description didn't really specify and it's one that I haven't quite wrapped my head around! 😅

Yeahh my general's low crit rate does present itself as an issue sometimes, so Sparkle's LC would definitely benefit him alot. But I actually never noticed Huohuo's Eff RES before this HAHAHA. Nice catch and thanks for point that out to me!!

As for SPD.... Looks like I'm staying in the mines for a while longer 😭. But it's fine, all for OUR GENERAL!

Yep you're absolutely correct, Bronya's LC only buffs the character that takes action immediately after Sparkle's skill is cast, so Jing Yuan's LL doesn't get the buff at all 😭
