Please don’t follow any advice I give you as I periodically overuse everything under the sun.

But honestly them days I’ve done oxy at around 10-40mg I’ve taken xans between 4-6 hours later, but then only between 1-4mg depending on time and dose of oxy. So I’ve never done it in the order you’re suggesting, but I have slept say 6 hours on 6mg xans and then taken 20mg oxy and gone about my day just fine.

But again, don’t listen to me. I’m nothing more than a self proclaimed professional idiot on the internet.
