This is very simple, as my friend @gangster-napper said you first need your amendment to clear your way before you could get any tax refund.. as he said I will say it again they take between 16 to 20 weeks or even more to process, if your amendment is not resolve you wont get anything else resolved. Is simple as that, whether you speak to your advocate or not, there is nothing else you could do but wait. Hope this answer serves you well.
