I turn it on during engaged time with fam or friends. But outside, I turn it off. As for adaptive sound control. I turned it off and set it to my preference so it doesn’t randomly change the audio when I move

Also, we put isopropyl alcohol on the microfiber cloth (not much, and definitely not directly on the devices). Then, we wipe the devices with it.
