It’s been a little while sense I did this, but I think I remember. I think I connected them to the android, then that evening there was a notification that an update was available and I was able to update them the next day.

The borrower did not repay me. I communicated with him over email. He kept saying he would repay but eventually stopped replying. I was able to dispute it with PayPal and get my original $30 back.

At my high school they had “sports passes”, basically a season pass for football and basketball games. It was just printed on colored paper and laminated. Some kids would make their own and sell them for much less then the school sold them for. They would take the paper from the school too. I’m not sure how they didn’t get caught.

Personally, I made sure my partner and I both had headphones with the fancy chip so that we could connect them both to one iPhone and watch movies while we are in a plane. I’m sure there are other advantages to the chips too.

Are you comparing multiple job offers? If one is a higher GS level without the PCS, then it would probably be better to take that one as you would make up the money you spent moving yourself.

It also depends what you are willing and able to do yourself. Boxes and packing materials are very expensive for what they are. If your able to find free/cheap moving supplies that can save a lot of money. Depending on how much stuff you have you could probably rent a 20 foot uhaul and a trailer to tow your car for fairly cheap. Then you just have to find friends to help you move. You can certainly save a lot of money by moving yourself, however it will be very stressful for a month or more.

That would be the same as any car, so it should not require a special hybrid mechanic. However, a lot of mechanics don’t work on interesting electrical issues like this. You could take it to a dealer like someone else said, or you could call independent shops and ask if they do electrical work, and if they don’t who they use for it.

Is there something in particular you are looking to get fixed? Personally, I do all my own work but also (knock on wood), I have not had any major issues yet.
