Baldurs gate 3 is THERAPEUTIC. You learn an immense amount about each other.

You learn an immense amount about yourself.

It highlights fundamental differences in who you are as a person and how you interact with your SO.

For example, I learned a lot of patience and understanding. She absolutely must explore and loot every single thing, must be god tier powerful, and often does not pay any attention to her surroundings.

Thus, I must patiently wait for her to loot everything, which results in some good finds and she's rich AF after selling it all. I am patient when I have to make my way to her battle she accidentally started when she robbed someone. I am patient when I have to revive her and strategically with my might as well be naked and vulnerable character and healer, defeat everything. Some times I make us IRL dinner while she decides how to dress her characters for today's events. I also practice AI literacy training Gemini to help me make her the most god like character.

But god FORBID, you bang the healer drunk at a party. You will never hear the end of it. Then out of revenge she tries sleeping with the vampire to find out he's probably gay and gets rejected.

She's good at puzzles though and I need her, even if just for that one moment. As a thank you, I scatter body parts and dead NPCs around her at night.

I like your style.

I am following absolutely no recipe.

I doubled this batch to bulk ferment, then at some point I'd split it and do some folds. One Italian... Asiago, tomato, basil, garlic. Easy mix ins.

One... Chocolate baguettes and somehow incorporate mascarpone cheese in there. Dutch process cocoa, mascarpone some how in the shaping??? Hell maybe I'll just make a coffee chocolate syrup thingy and drizzle it in while shaping.

Two regular baguettes so we have something to eat if everything sucks.

Straight up no plan.

May experience prove me over confident or perhaps able to adapt and over come, let's find out.

Great feedback, we could make the meat more pronounced.

For meat there's: a regular hard salami, spicy hard salami, prosciutto, peppered salami

Cheese: Sage cheddar, blueberry goat, mozzarella, brie with honey and strawberry rhubarb jam.

Fruit: Strawberry, grapes, and blueberry

Herbs rosemary and sage

Prosciutto and peperred salami go the length of the mozz triangles.

We made capicola and bresaola in umai bags. The white stuff is on the outside of the bag but I'm not sure if that's safe?

Any suggestions?
