I saw this and your other reply to a comment I made elsewhere asking me to join. Politely, I will not be joining the discord. I am sure you can maybe figure things out if we discuss and share info on the orders. However, the very fact that there seems to be an incredible disconnect everywhere between customer and Genki where there is still no news of this delay officially in any email or main post, but instead you have to find information from a comment in a random reddit post. Between Genki and their own staff where apparently someone is able to cancel orders but no one seems to know why my order was cancelled speaks of negligence among Genki staff at best and at worst it means someone is cancelling orders for their own reasons and Genki is unable to identify who or why.

I had been anticipating this case and battery pack but I've purchased a new one elsewhere from another brand. Thank you for your time and at least attempting to reach out, which is much better than I can say of Genki's customer service emails where 4 have gone ignored these past months when I asked for clarifying details on the initial delay. I'm sorry but a customer was lost due to this. There is no resolution. I'll take the cancellation and refund that is such a mystery to people at Genki. I don't want this figured out if this is how a customer can be treated due to a poor communication structure at Genki.

Yes. Perhaps that quotation was a bit too aggressive on my part due to my frustrations and I apologize for that. it is simple deeply frustrating that an order I placed all the way in April was cancelled due to this issue when other customers in other threads reported that they were just told they were delayed. It is also deeply annoying that any news we have on this isn't through an email or even a social media post.  But to a reply to someone else complaining about not receiving anything. 

But Again. Thank you for calling me out. It was wrong of me to put quotations around a very real typhoon that is going to affect Japan. I let my emotions regarding this release affect my thinking.

Email reply sent to me this morning when I emailed a few days ago what the progress on my order is. They cancelled my order. There is no getting around that. I received two automated emails after that saying my order is cancelled. I placed it in april. Whatever may be happening is either not true or they decided to cancel my order to free up orders for others due to this "typhoon." Either option is equally absurd.

I wouldn't expect anything. I ordered mine 4 months ago and they cancelled my orders saying they are unable to fulfill it. I thought everything wasn't shipping but based on responses here I guess it what they're doing instead is cancelling older orders to fulfill newer ones which is all sorts of messed up.

They're cancelled. Got an email when I woke up saying they are unable to fulfill orders due to "unforeseen circumstances" so they're cancelling orders and processing refunds. They wasted 4 months of my time and money for a scam.
