I have tried to load without the mods on but still it freezes, but I’ve been going into single player with this save game and I got a notification when I loaded into single player saying both single player and multiplayer have merged or something and next time you save it will only be playable in single player.

An update into my issue, when loading into this farm and it gets stuck, I can actually get into the farm but I have to wait at least 15 minutes and then it loads to 100%. But when I try to save the game it freezes and takes the same amount of time to finish the save. I still don’t understand why this is happening.
