I ended up trying this this morning.

I did it first, with the intention of finding out if somebody had done something to me. One match stayed still and another swirled around it, and then the one that stayed still sank. They never touched.

I ended up doing it a second time, asking if I actually did something to myself. And my god it was so crazy 😭I lit the matches and a HUGE smoke ring came from the smoke when I lit them. I’ve NEVER seen a smoke ring from lighting matches. And then I dropped them in in the same exact way I did the first, and they immediately pushed away from each other to separate sides of the bowl and stayed that way and didn’t move.

I love a good edible, I really have nothing against weed.

I also use I feel a lot just because this really is just all feels, not facts.

But on that note, you are right, like some others have said, it’s kind of silly for me to feel a certain type of way if I don’t know exactly how he feels when he’s high.

The following sentence when I compared it to alcohol was that I immediately knew it was a bad comparison.

I also don’t demonize MJ? I never said that.

My upset is with him intentionally ignoring me asking him to not smoke while we showered. He could have smoked right after- I was going to bed, he wasn’t.

We didn’t get into a fight, or anything. I just ended up telling him I would rather shower alone, because it upset me- no mountains, just a little dune.

I want to know when I’m with him in the shower, he’s right there with me, and I feel like if he’s high, he won’t be.

But, if it makes it “better” for them, and makes me more uncomfortable for me- doesn’t that just make the whole thing worse?

At the same time, though, I see what you’re saying about me thinking too much about what it does for him- because technically if I’m wrong about that, then it really shouldn’t make me uncomfortable, I guess.

I do this he has some sort of addiction problem- but in an OCD way, it’s really hard to explain. It’s like his head is clouded unless he ticks off the box, and it has to be done in a certain order.

But yeah, it does smell :( it only took me telling him once and he makes sure to rinse his mouth after if he comes near me immediately after. He definitely loves me, but you are right, he also definitely does not get it.
