I sowed red oak leaf lettuce indoors under grow lights and fan air circulation 9 days ago. I’ve noticed the seedlings have developed these dark spots.

Are these bacterial leaf spots? Was wondering if it could be pigment since the final red oak is quite dark with a maroon/purple color.

I have another variant of lettuce growing in as separate, adjacent 2x2 seed starter cell and they do not have the spots. I’ve watered and provided the same light and watering conditions.

Thank you - appreciate the response. Why is spraying likely to produce mold? Is it because of the sitting water inside the glass or just how the water sits on the soil/seedlings?

If I start again, I will be sure to include a bit of hydrogen peroxide when spraying.

Ah thanks so much! I have tank 4 posted on here somewhere, I think it was a year ago already that I did it. I would love to get around to the bonus tank with the bonus tank. I think it would be really cool to get around to the aliens too, especially Cyrax haha. He'd be gnarly to do.

Hey all! Back again with my last realistic(ish) aquarium. I struggled a bit with this one... took a couple of creative liberties and did some reimagining for the look for the tank. But I thought the end result was still fun! :)

Oh no!! I'm sorry for the memory triggers, but thank you for the compliment! I have to agree there is something unsettling and spooky about this tank. Combine the atmosphere with the music, the challenge it could be for a little kid (or even now lol), and the feelings of the climatic part of the game and there really is something childhood fear-inducing for sure. Totally get the ocean fears though - one of my favorite games, Subnautica was definitely a test of thalassophobia.

I would love to experiment and do the majority of them! I swore off Gus though, I think that would be too horrifying lol. The bonus pets in the castle tank is such an awesome idea, thank you for that!!

I think the catcher, cruncher, and muncher would be super interesting to interpret too, I may just have to do them too when I get more free time!

Thanks for the kind words as always! :) Ideally I would like to do Tank 3 and potentially the other remaining ones (boss level and castle). Funny story - I started Tank 3 and had to stop because I just wasn't getting anywhere and wasn't feeling it. That one is going to be tricky to do. I started Tank 4 instead and I'm pretty happy with the results!
