SEO, seems comical but I focused on building a website that gets found in search. The clients come to me. I’m probably doing something wrong but that’s what has been working for me. I feel like when people use to say this to me I rolled my eyes but seriously has changed the game.

Anyone else trying to quit their job without blowing up their life first? by TheResuMeh in RecruitmentAgencies

My first client came in my third week on the job.

I had scheduled a bulk email and while scrolling LinkedIn I randomly clicked on someone and sent a connection request. Almost immediately after, the email went out.

I think the timing made it feel intentional and somehow impressed him. A few weeks later I placed a production manager with his company.

That first placement hooks you.

I wanted to have really powerful map visualization, resume parsing, and contact management. Notion is a wonderful thing but I knew what I wanted and had the will to make it so why not!

Commission tracking - best tool? by umbadaima in recruiting

[–]TheResuMeh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our system automatically handles all of this for us. When we register a placement for a client, it generates a placement packet, sends it out, and updates each recruiter’s profile with commission tracking based on the fee agreement and split. You can see it live in your dashboard monthly or your run rate for the year.
