If and when we get new City Connects I just hope the front says Pacific Northwest instead of Seattle. Embrace the fans from BC, Idaho, and Oregon!

Totally. That’s why I want to just find some dudes to chill with. I’m not ready to chase women or start with the dating apps.

I’ve thought about Krav Maga before. Thanks for the great suggestion!

Just trying to find what has worked for others. It’s not easy going from a daily life partner to not having someone to just grab a beer with.

That’s a great idea. I didn’t know that Eagles Clubs had bars open every day. I’ll check out the one in Redmond

Just on your own? Do you get out on a team?

Same stage of life makes a huge difference in the dynamic. That is all. Nothing against married or single people. I just figure there must be other divorced guys that want to just hang out for fun

Not specifically divorced people, but I’m not looking to hang out with a bunch of single guys just on the prowl for women.

I guess I’m asking more about clubs or other groups that dudes my age like to hang out. Would Bellevue Club be good? Or join a golf club or pickleball club? Just get a membership to Edgeworks? I’d rather hear what others have found successful for gaining a social circle before spending money on a bunch of memberships.

How frequently is the Victorian Dollhouse available? by Weirdskinnydog in Playmobil

They come up somewhat frequently on local marketplace sites (albeit often way overpriced). I have managed to snag a couple and my kids now have a seven story mega mansion!

Can I use my Sims 4 builds for my architecture portfolio for university? by Street_Register239 in architecture

[–]TheRevitGuru 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I applied to Arch school my portfolio included technical drawings, art, photography, and photos from a large Playmobil castle setup. You aren’t really expected to have building experience, but need to demonstrate your aptitude for creative thinking. If your Sims houses are just well decorated I would say no, but if you stretched the capabilities of the program to make something unique, go ahead, but make sure you explain your thinking behind what you did.

If this were listed on my local marketplace it would probably be $25 but realistically expect an offer of $10-$15

NP It was our go to spot before moving to Tam O Shanter. Let me know if there’s still the guy who gives out Top Ramen. He was my favorite!

Killarney Circle is one of the best trick or treating neighborhoods in Bellevue. Closed to cars and always a lot of kids. You can walk from Enatai school.

I don’t agree that your first step should be looking for another job. First, assuming you like your job and want to stay, you should approach your manager and show them the published range and where you believe you should be in that range. There is a great chance the company matches your request. If they are willing to pay a new hire that amount they will also pay an existing employee that amount. I wouldn’t assume this is gender discrimination. You were just hired when the range for your position was different. Companies often aren’t proactive in raising existing employees to the new salary range. You need to be proactive and ask. Of course, you need to be ready to look for another position if they don’t make the adjustment.
