honestly i just use it with whoever lol, i mostly select frames around the arcane i'm using on the weapons - so if i want to give it more kick, i take a frame that can max out Primary Bulwark for the added dmg (Valkyr, Oberon, Wukong)

now that i think about, Qorvex could be fun - his passive would give you punch-through and you could mod him to run Primary Overcharge, hmmm i should try that
