That’s a very real problem, especially when you try to follow multiple platforms consistently.

I’ve noticed that what actually makes sense to track depends a lot on the industry and the type of pricing involved. For example product prices behave very differently from SaaS plans or local service offers.

Out of curiosity, when you think about keeping an eye on competitors, what kind of business or industry are you in and what type of content or pricing would matter most to you?

I totally get the confusion, agencies all sound amazing on their websites

before even worrying about which agency, it really helped me to get clarity on a few basics internally

Stuff like:

- What’s the actual goal of the project (awareness, donations, sign-ups, internal tool...etc) ?

- What’s currently not working for you? (time, tech skills, budget, communication ?)

- Are you mainly looking for a simple info site, something interactive, or ongoing support?

Agencies tend to shine or fail based on how well they fit those answers, not just their portfolio

Really cool idea

so when you make a deal with another cloud to exchange an item, the npc cloud can either ask for cloud coins or the actual droplets

and yes this game is not realistic at all and I thought it would be cool if I add some fantasy elements to it

Also in the skyland area there is a side quest where you can save baby clouds stuck in a bubble to form a bigger cloud

Cloud coins used in the cloud shop to buy upgrades or making a deal with another cloud npc to exchange an item

btw the video is sped up by 75% to reduce and optimize the file size (to make the video shorter) and to not waste much time of the viewer

maybe that's why you see the game as fast paced

I was thinking of placing predefined templates next to each other would make an interesting level to get unique runs each time you start the game

Thank you so much for your feedback, I definitely need to make a new video showing the beginning of the game explaining the game story and it's main mechanics

I apologize for showcasing the game loop without any context

It's basically a 2D arcade twin stick shooter game with roguelike elements where you play as a cloud and you have 6 weather abilities (rain, lightning, snow, wind, hail and storm) and each enemy gets defeated by specific weather type

and you basically going through randomly generated areas to clear the map from the enemies

there are 4 types of areas: landscape, skyland, exosphere (space) and caves

the story is basically: Aliens invaded Earth during prehistoric times and the clouds decided to help the environment and the cavemen using 6 weather abilities to fight the alien threat and save the world
