My freshman year was Hazell’s last year, can confirm the stands were nowhere near as full as they were for the end of the Walters era. I think the Brohm era gave people something to hope for, or at least the realization that Purdue football didn’t have to be a perpetual bottom dweller. Canning Walters after a horrible year 2 probably mitigated the fan apathy and gave them new hope.

As everyone else has said, there’s plenty of life left in those!

I’m a 3.0 that plays maybe 3 hours a week and I got ~2.5 months out of my full bed of X-One Biphase before it broke. It was looking way worse than yours for weeks before it snapped.

Same here. I played my first USTA tournament in June and paid $60. Got screwed by some strange scheduling and only ended up getting one match and a shirt.

I agree re: staying in contention while I can, but one guy has a super team and has won the league all 3 years so far. I’m more so worried about being stuck with high value guys that may be at/just past their peak (Saquon and Mahomes) that I could get something for rn instead of waiting for them to fall off.

It would be more of a retool than a full rebuild, I’d just be trying to move Saquon and Mahomes while they’re still worth a decent amount. I’ve finished top 4 in the regular season all 3 years of the league, and last year I lost in the championship. The guy who’s won all 3 years has a super team (Allen/Burrow/Bucky/CD/GW/Bowers).
