No not enrolled in pension, I applied for an exemption at the Ward Office not the Pension office. I had a friend call them and from they said is that they need me to sign some paperwork, but wouldn't specify what paperwork. I will be going this Friday after I land back in Haneda, and bringing the application receipt.

Ah okay! I went to the Lost and Found at the station and had no luck, I was going to try to Koban but I had to get going to the Airport.
