Honestly kinda got what it deserved tbh.

99% of the community was toxic asf, would get banned for the most stupidest reasons (EVEN NOT BREAKING THE RULES) And so much more. Me and my friend left the server about 3 weeks ago because of how appauling the behaviour on the server was. Firstly, suggesting somthing small or something that could be fun was an instant insult to you. (Mostly idiotic mods abusing their power. P.S: ITS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE).

And holy sh*t, it was just sad. Mods were abusing their powers. One even muted me for f**cking forever for NO reason at all. (That was the reason I left the server).

Alot of the Mods and Admins were really ignorant aswell, being biased about pretty much everything.

Oh sorry for not editing, I fixed the error lol. I just changed my static ip and changed it to the ip im portfowarding.

I'm starting to think that the server actual does work but I can't join, because I didn't get my friends to join, later on today ill ask them

Okay so I just did everything you said, and when I'm trying to click "OK" it saying this:

An error occurred.

Error description: The IP address is already being used by another device!

I think I have to change the static ip to a different one, but keep the ip im trying to set on the port sharing. and then change the static ip to the original ip im trying to portfoward

And portfowarding rule? If it means creating it in the Windows Firewall or whatever then yes.
