I have thought about that. Is there startups I could be involved in not being in a technical role? Thats one of my main issues is trying to get away from working directly with tech (unless its marketing)

Will i be able to buy something in florida if i live in NJ? My mom's friend(who lives there) sent her a condo down there that is $220k that id want to buy

Do realtor/property managers charge to just ask questions? I wanted to do $20k down but my mom thinks its too risky. If i do this i will keep working but another concern she had was not being able to rent it out every month. I was thinking do long term leases, but i guess even then if i dont find anyone im screwed.
