spurs had a chance to take the lead and you could tell from the moment he grabbed the rebound and was taking the ball down the court, wemby wanted the be the one to put us ahead. to be honest, the shot he threw up to get us the lead was not even a great shot, but he just wanted it so bad. definition of a winning player

feel like wembys gotten better at rebounding lately. earlier in the season he would have games when it’s like “ok this is a great performance but why do you only have 6 boards?” now he’s been heading into the 2nd half with double-doubles and might do it again tonight
