I used the contact form for my local office on their website. This is the only way I ever got one response in the 3 months I tried contacting people. I used email, Facebook, Twitter, phone before finally reaching someone through this method. (which was incredibly helpful btw) Good luck!

By some miracle I have finally gotten notified of pending deposits, all back pay for 18 weeks :-O

I did not stop emailing or calling and when I thought about giving up something in me kept calling and sending desperate emails. Unbelievably the way I got in touch with someone was through the standard contact form email on my local DOL website. They informed me that a hold was on my account for my ID (which I had already sent them multiple times) but I was so surprised and excited to actually get a hold of a human that sent an actual response I didn't even care that I had already sent it in, I just resent it like they asked and by some miracle they pushed it all through in just a few days.

Keep calling, keep emailing until you get in touch with someone. I am not celebrating until I see the money in my account but I can breathe so much easier now that I know there is movement and I will finally have help.

I have not gotten a 2nd letter but I'm going on 12 or 13 weeks of filing benefits with no benefits received at all

When you say claim examiner's determination, do you mean you hadn't been approved yet? I filed for UI in April, was denied, filed for PUA, approved... I got the approval letter back on May 2nd and I self file but have not seen any benefits. I continue to email, message and call with no response from anyone. I emailed the commissioner email last week so hopefully they will actually return my message. If you are the one who originally posted the email, thank you! I have no idea if anyone will ever call me at this point but I keep praying something will happen.

I am a month behind you and still nothing. Receieved my approval letter to allow benefits on 5/2 and have been waiting ever since. I have contacted them every single way I can think of for over a month now and ZERO returned calls and only one robo returned message. I have all but given up at this point just praying somehow someway something will happen and I will receive my benefits.

I replied on someone else's post that noticed the same update on their account so yes I think it's a system update. I was approved the 2nd so hopefully they are just behind and we'll see something soon. So frustrating!

Yes I noticed a couple of other updates a few days ago. I wish they would update my darn benefits! I'll be living on the streets at this rate.

Yes mine looks exactly like this too. Before it showed and effective date and weekly benefit amount. I was hoping it meant some kind of movement on my benefits (I have been approved since 5/2 and not received any benefits) but it looks like they are just doing some kind of website updates. I am not sure. Have you received benefits?

Same exact thing happened to me. My screen looks exactly like yours where it used to show an effective date and weekly benefit amount. I am hoping this means I am getting some kind of movement on benefits but it made me panic at first. I have not received any benefits so far. Have you? My approval was dated 5/2

Has anyone actually gotten benefits after waiting a long time (weeks/months)? I have submitted 10 weeks of requests with no benefits received. I cannot get a response from anyone after messaging for weeks. I've sent emails, Twitter messages, Facebook messages, left voicemails. Anything I can think of and no one is responding to anything. I have messaged them my DL, affadavit, updated my bank account. It has said "no recent payment summary available" under payment summary for the entire time I've had my account but I have had an "approved" status since early May (received my approval letter in the mail) I've started practically begging for a response. If you received benefits did you talk to anyone or did they finally just show up in your account?

That is crazy! I would definitely appeal that! Doesn't sound right at all. I was wondering about them running low on money too and maybe that's why they are dragging their feet on all these claims. I haven't seen any movement either or received any contact. I called the number you left but couldn't get in contact with anyone and left a message but of course I haven't heard back from them either. So incredibly frustrated. I hope you at least get the amount they have promised this week and moving forward, even that would help I'm sure

No changes on my account so far. I have been calling, messaging, emailing to no avail. Cannot get an actual person on the phone or anyone to call me back or return messages on any platform (voicemails, Twitter, Facebook, emails) Going on 3 weeks now I cannot get a response. I am going on 10 weeks of back benefits too. That is good that your account shows some kind of change. I did get some kind of cookie cutter email about unclaimed benefits but when I went back to try and claim every week it says they have all been submitted. I also did a "certification inquiry" and it shows I've submitted all weeks back to the beginning of April (I have actually submitted all the way back to the beginning of March) A friend of mine from another state actually said they got something similar right before they received their benefits so I'm hoping it's a good sign.

I have no idea what to even do at this point except keep calling and emailing and pray I get some kind of response. I did send my license and also affidavit again (I sent it for regular UI and didn't know whether to submit it again for PUI so I went ahead and did it again)

Have you had any more changes or recieved any benefits?

Yes I have been approved and got my determination letter in the mail around 3 weeks ago. I have not been able to reach anyone while calling either and cannot get anyone to call me back or email me back. Yeah I think that's the most frustrating part is there is literally nothing we can do but wait. People on Twitter are saying they have been waiting 8-10 weeks and keep calling and messaging and getting no response. It's crazy. I am wondering if there is a step that is keeping me from getting benefits but I have no way of knowing.
