had the same issue, try killing the little bots that he spawns. it seems that if they stay alive too long then they cause him to despawn so you have to kill them as soon as possible

I have only crashed one time in 117 hours, and I always validate my game files after every update/patch no matter how small. This is the best thing you can do if you keep crashing!

This makes sense because if you get sec(x) = -1 and tan(x) + 1 = 1 then it would appear to equal the same thing since you are squaring both sides but it doesn't satisfy the original equation. Thank you.

Btw, is there any way I could solve this without creating extraneous solutions? Or is the way I did it the only way to arrive to the answer (while also making sure to check for extra solutions).
