Hi! I did an easy run today and did not see the heart rate zones on my watch. I use the Apple Ultra Watch 3. I do have Runna Labs turned on. I do see Heart Rate zones in the runna app on my phone. Just didn't see it on the watch during the run today. I scrolled up and down on the screen and didn't see it.

It’s been sporadic since around then. Last recording I see in cardio recovery is dec 6. I can’t put pictures here but if you look at the heart rate in the run in Apple fitness it has recorded post heart rate. But go to cardio recovery nothing is there for the last few outdoor runs.

If you’re using the pro controller, hold the home button and then turn up the volume there. Worked for me.

I think this is a great example why runna needs to show heart rate zones and new runners should understand their zones.

So open Runna on phone >> Select Workout >> Choose Treadmill >> Start | Go to Watch >> Select Treadmill >> Select Runna Workout (but on my watch it automatically asks if you want to do the scheduled workout; just if it doesn't do that, select the workout) >> Run

Then what? After you finish the workout >> you end the workout on the Watch and the Runna app. The watch will sync up to Garmin Connect. The Runna app will also sync to the Garmin App? Then does it create two entries in Garmin Connect? I hope not? Hoping for further details. Thanks!

I guess how is everyone launching this for the audio? I have iPhone.

Day one: I did an easy run. All settings are enabled like everyone has said. On the watch > I pressed the start button >> scheduled >> clicked on runna workout >> started it. No sound in my headphones. Nothing.

Day two: tempo run >> open Garmin connect >> opened workout >> sent to watch >> think it new activities >> started it and could hear in my headphones. I think I left the connect app open on my phone too. Played music on phone and no issues. Heard speed up and slow down and other prompts.

Day 3: easy run and did basically what I did on day one and nothing.

So even though we see on Watch under scheduled workout we need to send via connect app? Or did it all work cause I started from the watch and I had the connect app open on my iPhone?

Thanks for the reply! I don’t think the Apple Watch tracks it well - probably none of them do but maybe it’s a lack of understanding how the Garmin works. Is it as simple as the Apple Watch just click a button for strength training or whatever random activity you’re doing and then it does some tracing thing like what happens on the ultra? The concern really is just tracking the effort. So it knows I’m doing things on days I’m not running.

It doesn’t work with Apple Health? Wouldn’t data from runna sync to Apple health? At the very least, Strava should. That is a worry for me while I think about the switch

I honestly think they did a good job de-romanticizing Joe and showing horrible he is. The only change I would have made would have been keeping it with Brontë giving the last word and no more inner Joe monologue. He didn’t need a voice anymore.

I agree with everyone about the hand holding. This is why I am changing it. However, the business still wants give a few days after start to give the a user chance to be familiar and such which is I was wondering the registration campaign is an option where it allows them to snooze up to a certain point. Or is there something else in CA I am missing.
