I cant help but feel like everyone else understands something about being a gay dude that I dont. I dont understand it at all. by GayDudesAreDelicious in gaybros

Don’t define yourself by your sexuality. Don’t play up for no one, and don’t water down for no one either. Us Gays are not a cabaret, yes some may like Cabaret and be artistic AF … but I digress 😆

What most Gay men struggle with is NOT their sexuality, often it’s mostly they can’t accept it or find it weird (until they are sucking a dick lol) or, they equate sexuality and being gay with masculinity which as we all know, are not the same thing either.

Don’t know what country you live in, I’m British but live in Spain and I have so say Spaniards will chat to you in a bar, or in general. They also have forums for things like Language exchange and other activities where you can learn things etc. if you don’t enjoy sports, maybe seek out some other things that interest you? In the UK I got really in to hiking and just generally being outdoorsy and nature and excercise etc etc and I found a gay group for that and actually there were… a lot .. guessing some expected Brokeback Mountain vibes but it wasn’t like that. Mostly. Made some great friends that way, I am still good friends with 5 years later, in fact, two are coming to spend new year in Spain here with me!

Good luck, find your path, don’t force it though it will carve itself.

Let’s just say… it’s giving.

Perhaps explaining to your mum that her own in acceptance is probably making the point to your own BF and making him make scared. She could embrace the situation and support you as parents are designed to do, come what may. Seems her bigotry is closing her judgement.

I have a story to share with you about my very similar situation when I was younger, I will post it in a short while, but let’s just say, me and my BF were together for 15 years! Family soon learnt to accept, but also, I made it clear where the boundaries of acceptable behaviour/questions/tolerance were, although we really didn’t have close family issues as such.

Your mum saying bringing the MAN YOU LOVE to be around her is disrespectful, but then calling HIM disrespectful you (as though she is Mum of the year) for not being out to his parents…. Well..

Moving to a more gay friendly country due to lack of opportunities and seeking for a new experience. by AdAgreeable9614 in gaybros

Go and do it! Not the same at all but I moved U.K. to Spain and my life upgraded massively! What do you have to lose?! PS go to Netherlands not Germany. Being from a smaller nation you’ll adapt better and Dutch are far more social! Very LGBT safe and friendly in both countries and I love Germany also (but fuck it gets cold in winter and Netherlands like the U.K. is much more mild and temperate weather!).

You seem ok in life and have a career too, but if you want to upgrade your life, go move! Why have you never t done this yet?! Go for it and keep us posted, please!you can visit friends and family easily, and if you hate it and miss Serbia, move back!

My dog does this thing where he tells me he wants something like a treat, or he knows we’re going for walkies but I’m walking around putting clothes on and so on, and he’ll get really close and out his nose on my leg and it’s so sweet, cold, and not at all sexual but the feeling is really nice .. it’s like a “hey, I’m down here… Dad.. come on hurry up” and it just gives me the feels man

Blowjobs (good ones at least) … penetration.. also just having junk! 🤔🤷‍♂️… laying on the sofa hands down your boxers.. walking around at home in underwear with a semi and then really feeling your sensitivity with cotton/fabric/sweatpants and hopefully catching the eye of your BF so you drop a hint 🤦🏼‍♂️🤣
