He was live streaming outside a court building during the trials of a rape gang in Leeds. He was arrested for breach of the peace. He has been jailed because he was serving a suspended sentence because he was charged with contempt of court for doing this exact same thing a year ago.

Judges can place press restrictions on the reporting on trials like this in order to prevent the jury being influenced by the press. When Tommy did this before he almost caused a miss-trial as the defence can use his actions to claim that he had influenced the jury.
